Artikel 1
Hierbij wordt vastgesteld dat op bevredigende wijze is voldaan aan de relevante voorwaarden voor de betaling van de eerste tranche, conform de beoordeling die de Commissie overeenkomstig artikel 26 van Verordening (EU) 2024/792 heeft verstrekt.
Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking op de dag van de bekendmaking ervan in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie.
Het is van toepassing vanaf [de datum waarop het wordt vastgesteld]*3.
