International support for LP Montenegro ahead of elections - Hoofdinhoud
Van Baalen said that the Liberal Party offers the citizens of Montenegro “a clear pro-European and Euro-Atlantic choice.” During the meeting Van Baalen committed the support of the European and international liberal community to the Liberal Party of Montenegro.
On their part the leadership of LP informed the international liberal leader about the political situation in the country and the activities of Montenegrin Liberals. They outlined the recent acceptance of Montenegro as new NATO member as a successful achievement of a long-time liberal ambition.
"Liberals in Montenegro have been recognized as a progressive force that pushes society forward ", was announced at the meeting. “Liberal ideas are essential to our country and Europe”, said the press release of LPCG.
