New ALDE Party Bureau meets for the first time

The new ALDE Party Bureau that was recently elected at the Congress in Budapest, Hungary, met for the first time on Thursday 7 January in Brussels.

The ALDE Party Bureau consists of Hans van Baalen MEP (VVD, The Netherlands) as President, Timmy Dooley TD (Fianna Fail, Ireland), Fredrick Federley MEP (Center Party, Sweden), Ilhan Kyuchyuk MEP (MRF, Bulgaria), Markus Löning (FDP, Germany), Angelika Mlinar MEP (NEOS, Austria), Marta Pascal MP (CDC, Catalonia, Spain) and Baroness Ros Scott (Liberal Democrats, United Kingdom) as Vice-Presidents and Roman Jakič (ZaAB, Slovenia) as Treasurer.

During the meeting, the Bureau thoroughly evaluated the latest ALDE Party Congress and discussed topics such as applications for individual membership and fundraising issues. The Bureau also put forward a common strategic outlook and set the ALDE Party priorities for the coming months.
