I. Operational conclusions

1. Review of the list of persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures referred to in Articles 19(1)(b) and 20(1)(b) of Council Decision 2010/413 i/CFSP (OJ L 195,

27.7.2010, p. 39), as amended by Council Decision 2010/644 i/CFSP (OJ L 281, 27.10.2010, p. 81) and implemented by Council Implementing Decision 2011/299 i/CFSP (OJ L 136, 24.5.2011, p. 65) and in Council Regulation (EU) No 961/2010 i (OJ L 281, 27.10.2010, p. 81) as implemented by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 503/2011 i (OJ L 136, 24.5.2011, p. 26).

The Working Party reviewed Council Decision 2010/644 i/CFSP and Council Decision 2011/299 i/CFSP and confirmed the lists of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures attached to these Decisions …

2. Proposals for additional designations …

Following an introduction by Member States of proposals put forward in Coreus XXX/0335/11, XXX/0454/11 and XXX/0449/11, the Working Party had a first exchange of views on these possible additional designations. The Working Party will meet again on 16 November (afternoon) with the aim of finalizing discussion of these proposals as well as of the proposals put forward in Coreu XXX/0466/11.

II. Detail

1. Review of the list of persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures referred to

in Articles 19(1)(b) and 20(1)(b) of Council Decision 2010/413 i/CFSP (OJ L 195, 27.7.2010, p. 39), as amended by Council Decision 2010/644 i/CFSP (OJ L 281, 27.10.2010, p. 81) and implemented by Council Implementing Decision 2011/299 i/CFSP (OJ L 136, 24.5.2011, p. 65) and in Council Regulation (EU) No 961/2010 i (OJ L 281, 27.10.2010, p. 81) as implemented by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 503/2011 i (OJ L 136, 24.5.2011, p. 26).

The Chair introduced the point by referring to the replies received in XXX/0334/11, XXX/0438/11 and XXX/0431/11. …

………. Responses to all delisting requests will be prepared for RELEX as appropriate.

2. Proposals for additional designations XX (COREU CFSP/XXX/0335/11), XX (COREU CFSP/XXX/0454/11) and XX (COREU CFSP/XX/0449/11).

Following an introduction by the Chair, Member States presented their proposals for additional designations. It was agreed to revert to the proposals contained in XXX/0466/11 at the next meeting due to the late date the Coreu was sent out. It was emphasized that the political context of this task was determined by the European Council conclusions on Iran of 23 October.

Most proposals were accepted without objections. …
