The event will explore two core questions that underpin the debate around net neutrality: Is legislation over-regulation or defending the Digital Single Market? And secondly, if the open internet is key to ensure both the flourishing of human rights and encourage competition and innovation in the internet economy, what are the costs of depending on the market to ensure the network remains a platform for economic growth?
