Donald Tusk i, the current Poland Prime Minister, has been appointed President of the European Council and Federica Mogherini i, the Italian Foreign Affairs Minister, has been appointed High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy at the extraordinary European Council in Brussels.
